Craftsmen Industries Builds a Mobile Command Center Trailer for Liberty Oilfield Services
A fracking site is a working environment first, but the people who spend long days there still need somewhere to sit, meet and recharge. Liberty Oilfield Services wanted a mobile command center that handled both sides of that reality, and Craftsmen Industries built a trailer that pairs technology-focused operations space with genuine onsite hospitality.
Craftsmen Industries builds mobile command center trailers for Liberty Oilfield Services. Craftsmen Industries designed the Liberty trailer for fracking sites across North America. The Liberty command center combines field operations and hospitality. The Liberty trailer includes workstations, networking equipment, lounge seating and a kitchenette.
The Challenge: Utility and Comfort in One Trailer
Craftsmen Industries built the Liberty trailer to combine working capability with onsite comfort.
Liberty Oilfield Services was looking for a higher-end, more technology-focused mobile command center for its field sites across North America. The concept paired utility with comfort so the trailer could serve both functional and hospitality needs.
- Mobile command center for North American field sites
- Technology-focused operational space
- Comfortable areas for onsite hospitality
Building the Operational Spaces
Craftsmen Industries fitted the Liberty command center with desk workstations and networking equipment.
Desk workstations occupy side bays within the bright white cabin, with task chairs positioned at the counters. A large wall-mounted display faces the lounge area, and a separate glass-fronted networking rack sits beside the wall controls. Outside, a tall camera mast and a dish antenna extend the trailer's technology-focused layout.
Keeping Work Areas Connected to the Cabin
The work areas are not walled off from the rest of the trailer. Desk positions, displays and the networking rack sit within the same occupied interior, so operations and the people around them share one space.
Making Room to Sit, Meet and Recharge
Craftsmen Industries added lounge seating, a dinette and a kitchenette to the Liberty trailer.
Black reclining seats face the main display, while a separate booth provides upholstered benches around a stone-look tabletop. The kitchenette includes dark cabinetry and a stainless refrigerator, with another wall-mounted screen nearby. Wood-look flooring and ceiling-edge lighting run through the cabin.
- Reclining lounge seats facing the main display
- Dinette booth with upholstered benches
- Kitchenette with cabinetry and a stainless refrigerator
- Additional wall-mounted screen
A Distinct Liberty Identity
Craftsmen Industries finished the Liberty trailer with a red-and-black branded exterior.
The exterior carries the Liberty identity, while the camera mast and dish antenna signal the trailer's operational role. At a remote field location, the unit reads as both a working command post and a company space.
What the Liberty Project Shows About Field Command Centers
Craftsmen Industries builds mobile command centers for oil and gas operators, utilities and public safety agencies.
The finished Liberty trailer reflects the original brief: a mobile command center with practical utility and a more comfortable environment for people at field sites. Craftsmen's command center work spans towable trailers, trucks, vans and coaches, with in-house teams integrating communications, power, climate control and IT racks to each specification. Every command center is quoted to its own scope.
